We invite all members of the Fellowship 500 to attend this inaugural annual summit event. Participants contribute to the current and future strategy of the Ethical Fashion Forum. This year we focus upon taking sustainability in the fashion sector to the tipping point. What will it take for sustainability best practice to become the rule rather than the exception to it? How can the majority of fashion businesses be encouraged to look beyond “Doing no harm” to actively seeking to add benefit for people behind products, reduce poverty, add value and minimise environmental impact? HOUSE OF LORDS ROUND TABLE: FASHION AFRICA, 8th December 2011
Chaired by Baroness Lola Young, the SOURCE brought the cause of African fashion to the heart of British politics with our inaugural House of Lords round table. The event brought together over 50 fashion professionals to hear presentations from sector leaders and to debate opportunities and challenges for African Fashion.
