How will the online events work?
The online events will be organised through our online meeting platform, Adobe Connect. Each event will include a presentation by a member of the SOURCE team, introducing suppliers on the SOURCE Database relevant to the topic of the event. This presentation and associated images will be projected to all participants, viewing the event online all over the world.
All participants will be notified which of the suppliers being showcased are also present in the online meeting space, so that they can connect and chat directly through the online chat function. All visitors will also be sent supplier contact details in advance and vice versa (for those participants that tick to share their contact details with suppliers)
A selection of exemplary suppliers showcased in each event will also be offered the “floor” to talk about what they do and answer questions. To speak in the events, the suppliers in question will need a telephone as well as a computer in order to call in and be heard by all participants.
